Today, we see many people facing the problem of loneliness as friendly relationships are not working for all. Loneliness is very tough to handle if proper technique to avert it will not be applied.
To avert loneliness, one can follow certain steps i.e. Socialization and having friendly mindset for good friends. One can socialize via many ways. One can use social media websites to stay connected with his or her friends. Here one thing to be noted is that over use of social media platforms is bad for health as it makes one bad addict of irrelevant stuff which is being circulated on internet. Some people are so much addicted on social media websites like Facebook, Instagram, etc. that they lose their personal life identity. In future, I will cover the harmful effects of overly using social media websites which might make any person unhealthy mentally.
In order to tackle the real problem of loneliness which is quite common these days, is to first arose compassion and love in oneself then search for true friends which is not an easy task. Friends, today it is very difficult to find the true friends as mostly people are unfriendly. But one should not loose heart and keep searching for good humans which can become good friends.
The feeling of loneliness is a major psychological problem as sometimes abnormal functioning of one’s brain may also lead to loneliness which is unsocialized behaviour found in sick people. There are medications also which can solve the mind problem of loneliness if one fails to tackle this problem naturally.
One point to be noted while handling the problem of loneliness is that rightful initiative is very important as the first approach to make good friends to heal the situation of loneliness is always considered pure and good.
At last I would say that LONELINESS CAN BE CURED BY EXHIBITING FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR AMONG ALL THUS SHOWING HIGHEST EMOTIONAL STATE OF TOGETHERNESS AND UNITY IN THE HUMAN SOCIETY.
