Happiness is that emotional state of mind which enthralls the person to a greater conscious state of mind. But it is not easy to stay happy when the surrounding environment is negative. Sadness is opposite of happiness. The person who is sad often feels depressed and stressful.

Secondly, I believe that Travelling also affects the mood of the respective person and sadness can be converted to happiness by traveling to good places of the world. This is the reason why some doctors and psychiatrists often suggest his or her patients to visit Hilly and Natural beautiful areas of the world if someone is suffering from sadness or low mood levels.
Lastly, the good involvement in some good task also propels the Happy hormones of the mind to get released in a best manner inside the brain of the human being which further leads to the conversion of sadness to the happiness. That’s why doing work daily which one enjoys is very important. The good work is beneficial for the human society as well as for the smooth functioning of the mind of the human body.
At last, I would say that SADNESS CAN BE VANISHED COMPLETELY FROM THE MIND OF THE PERSON WHEN HAPPY MOOD IS ACHIEVED VIA STRETEGIC PLANNING AND TECHNIQUE.
