Longevity is not impossible to achieve if the right way is followed to have it. Longevity has many benefits and is often desired by many people. Human body can achieve longevity by following the below mentioned steps. ie.
- Doing regular exercise: Doing exercise daily is very important for all those who really wants to feel the taste of longevity and good health. Yoga is the best mode of exercise as followed from the ancient times till date. Yoga is being taught worldwide and is beneficial to enhance the human body system through different yogic postures and kriyas. Here, the point to be noted is that the person who is already unhealthy and have some health problem should consult the doctor before doing any exercise as some exercises have stressful effect on the internal body organs like heart and lungs.
- Following a balanced diet: The food which we eat is what makes us who we are. The good balanced food is often considered healthy and have a major effect on raising the longevity of any person. The sad dilemma is that good food is very difficult to get by the poor people of the developing countries so the longevity is not achievable or hard to get by the poor people. I believe that the world governments should facilitate that every person living in the respective country should get the good food to eat. As the world population is growing so the productivity of the staple as well as exotic foods should be raised by the farmers. The role of technology is immense in improving and raising the production rate of many food items worldwide. Some research facilities are even thinking to produce food items in an artificial environments of chemical laboratories. eg. The creation of artificial meat is possible which will further solve the problem of malnutrition in the world.
- Improving the environment of the planet earth: Friends, the air which we all breath should be clean if we really wants to achieve longevity. Air pollution is very dangerous for the lungs of the human body system. Even the water pollution is also hazardeous for the overall smooth functioning of the human body system. So, we all should consider it as a major task ie. How to make our environment clean and solve the problem of unclean atmosphere issue.
Apart from the above mentioned points, I will try to highlight some more points in my future blog posts, which will be helpful in achieving longevity.
At last, I would say that HUMAN LONGEVITY IS ACHIEVABLE BY FOLLOWING THE RIGHTFUL WAY TO LIVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE IN HARMONY WITH THE MOTHER-NATURE.
