Today, we are living in a golden age of technology where technological gadgets are enhancing the quality of life of every person living on the planet earth. The biggest boon of technology is the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is helping it’s users to perform the tasks in an efficient manner.
Then the question arises i.e. Can Artificial Intelligence exhibit Emotions. The answer is YES. Friends, the current Artificial Intelligence is not smart enough to exhibit emotions but in future it will be possible for AI to exhibit emotions. However, the level and depth of emotional feelings which an AI will exhibit will be of less propensity.
Artificial Intelligence developers and programmers are intelligent enough to encode and program the emotional feelings to AI systems to a certain limit. The highest state of consciousness and emotional feelings which only a healthy human can possess, is not the cup of tea for any AI tools or products. The highest state of emotional intelligence is almost impossible to program using any of the current computer algorithm. But I am certain that in future, some kind of emotional state AI tools and gadgets will be able to exhibit.
One of the case study which I will share with you all, is that of AI Companion application which is capable enough to exhibit the emotional feelings. The human beings are blessed with many kind of personality traits which currently are very hard for AI systems to imitate but in future that might be possible. i.e. AI products to show some of the human qualities and behaviours.
At last, I would say that ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS THAT HIDDEN MYSTICAL PANDORA BOX WHICH IS CAPABLE TO EXHIBIT EMOTIONS TO A CERTAIN DEGREE OR LEVEL UNDER THE SCOPE OF AI FIELD.
