Meditation is that activity in life which always benefit the meditator. The meditator becomes pure and good in life.
So, how to start meditation in your life ? I have certain steps to share in order to answer this question.
Firstly, I think that the person who wants to start meditation, must start meditation for short period of time eg. 5 minutes or may be 10 minutes. Then, after starting for short duration, the meditator must introspect his or her thought process. The meditator must not proceed further until he or she becomes perfect to meditate for short durations.
Secondly, I believe that the meditator must devote quality time in the meditation activity. Every second or minute which we devote meditating goes directly to God in a positive manner and this benefits us in a long run while leading a peaceful and happy life.
Thirdly, I think that in order to start meditation in one’s life, one must take the help of Spiritual music. There are different kinds of spiritual musics which have different positive influence over the mind of a meditator.
Bhajans and Prayers can also help the one to start meditation in one’s life. As per Hindu Scriptures, we are living in KALYUG and the best way to live peaceful life in it is by doing or listening to Godly Bhajans.
Mantar recitation is another way to start meditation in your life. There are many Mantras and every Mantar has certain vibrational frequency linked to it which invokes the energy of certain god or goddess in a different manner.
At last, I would say that “MEDITATION IS THE UPLIFTMENT OF MIND, BODY AND SOUL WHICH DIRECTLY LINKS US TO THE PATH OF GODLINESS AND TOWARDS THE LOVE OF SUPREME SOUL WHICH IS 1 TRUE GOD.”
