Good governance is defined by the welfare of the whole country. If the country is prosperous then the governance given by the government of that country is good.
Although, Today it is not hard to deliver good governance still many countries these days are stumbling to provide the good governance to it’s people.
Friends, I think if you have a passion to lead the country and your intensions are good and clear ie. the progress and prosperity of the country then nobody can stop you to do so and even mother-nature helps you too in that case.
I feel sad to mention that the current government system of some countries have failed or needs progressive reforms to uplift the current situation existing in whole world on planet earth.
