How to stay happy

Happiness plays a major role in one’s life. Without happiness life is dull. There are many ways through which we can stay happy. The following are some of those ways:

  1. Meditation: Meditation is one of the many ways to stay happy. I must say that it is one of the most important and major way to become happy. If in spite of meditation you are not happy then that means you are not following the right way of meditation. Because I believe that true meditation definitely brings happiness and joy in one’s life.
  2. Mother-Nature: The mother-nature is another way to stay happy. When we spend time in nature or go for travelling to mountains or forests then definitely it brings joy and happiness. On the other hand, if you are not nature loving then joy doesn’t come but still the mother-nature instills the mind and soul of a person to a greater extent.
  3. Family & Friends: When we spend time with close family members or best friends, then definitely it brings joy and happiness in our life. Family plays a major role in shaping the personality of a person by installing the spirit of happiness in one’s life.

In my future blogs, I will try to cover this topic in more detail. At last, I must say “ETERNAL HAPPINESS IS THAT JEWEL THAT NOT EVERYONE WEARS BUT THE CHOOSEN AND WORTHY ONES ONLY“.
