Friends, our thought process defines the actions which we take daily in our day to day lives. Without the perfect thought process which originates in our brain, it is hard to achieve success. The successful human being always have a good and healthy thought process or in other words we can say that Mind is the source of success or failure for every human being.
Then the question arises Is Too much Thinking Bad for Human Brain. The answer to this question is YES. Friends, some people think too much which is not considered healthy practice to achieve anything. The best thing is to think wisely and diligently but less and in an intelligent way.
Too much thinking sometimes make a person unhealthy and mad.
On the other hand, some people argue that some situations in life demand too much thinking, however thinking too much sometimes in some situations might be right but it is not always justifiable to think too much. The accurate manner to analyze any situation is to think like a wise person which is on average less or medium. The average person has roughly 6000 to 70000 thoughts per day and one should not exceed this limit of 70000 thoughts per day if person really wants to live a healthy life without any mind disorder problem.
Some people are affected with mind related diseases which propels them to think too much. For such people, I will highlight the solutions to treat their problem of too much thought process.
Firstly, I would suggest that every human being should do meditation. Meditation is the key to many mind related ailments or problems. Meditation balances the inner working of the mind thus brings peace and harmony in the lives of the meditator. Secondly, I would suggest that if the situation of too much thought process is out of control for any person then that person should consult a psychiatrist or trained health-care professional.
At last I would say that THINKING BIG IS GOOD BUT THINKING TOO MUCH IS NOT GOOD, IF SOMEONE WANTS TO ACHIEVE GLORY AND TRUE WISDOM IN ONE’S LIFE.
