Time is an entity which is continuous and which flows forever. Right from the creation of Cosmos, time is moving in a forward direction. All intelligent life forms which exist on the planet earth have age and life tenure. There is no intelligent life form which is age-less and immortal till date. All humans who are born, have to pass through the period of old age.

- Following a balanced diet: The role of balanced diet is immense if we consider the health of old people as priority. Old people should take a balanced diet, if they really wants to live a happy life in Old age.
- Taking good sleep: Sleep also plays a major role if we consider th role of happiness among old people. Human body heals during sleep cycle of most people thus making an old person happy.
Apart from the above mentioned points, there are many physiological factors which are responsible for the old age to stay healthy for all old people which further triggers happiness and the spirit of positive fulfillment among elderly fellows.
On the other hand, some dishearten and hopeless people think that once a person enters the stage of old age, it is not at all possible to live a happy life as human body comes with expiry date. Many bodily ailments hit the physiology and psychology of the old people. However, I think that old person can live a happy life by following the steps mentioned above.
At last, I would say that OLD AGE CAN BECOME BLESSWORTHY AND HAPPY, IF OLD PEOPLE START LIVING AN ACTIVE AND PROSPEROUS LIFE TENURE UNDER THE POWER OF MOTHER-NATURE.
