Today, the hard-work plays a major role in everyone’s life. Without hard-work it is very difficult to get success. So the answer to this question i.e. Does Hard-work always lead to Success, is YES and NO as hard-work alone is not enough to get success.
For an instance, the poor people often indulge in many hard-working activities but still the poor are poor and very few poor rise to live a wealthy life by transforming their financial conditions.
Friends, I personally believe that hard-work along with the smart work is what leads us to success or failure in our lives. If we keep doing hard-work without considering the right way or technique then it might be possible that we will fail as the result of any activity is dependent on the consequences created by the Mother-nature.
There are many success stories all over the world which have proven this fact that hard-work alone is not enough and often should be combined with other rightful personality traits for any person to achieve success.
Let’s talk about one of the business scenario. Let’s say there lives one man who owns one shoe company. Let’s say that he does lot of hard-work by producing lot of shoes for his distributors all over the world but still his business is not doing well which might be due to any reason ie. Shoes are not design savvy for it’s users or may be the buyers are drifting towards some other production line of another market trends of some other product. But then that shoe maker introduces one change in his work ethics ie. Asking for feedback from his customers. Also, he studies the fashion trends of his particular product life cycle in the respective market. Then, it might be possible that one day that shoe maker’s company would be very profitable by achieving success as the work culture of that shoe maker has become intelligent and smart.
At last, I would like to say that “HARD-WORK ALONG WITH OTHER PRACTICAL EFFORTS LIKE SMARTNESS AND RIGHTFUL STRETEGY ALWAYS LEAD TO SUCCESS.“
