Friends, there are many good qualities of a true leader but the most important quality of a true leader is COMPASSION. Compassion or love towards everything makes a leader the best leader.
Leadership is not everyone’s cup of tea still all can try to be good leader provided the right qualities be imbibed in the soul or mind of any human.
Compassion makes a man loving and kind thus gives his or her full command over all entities of mother-nature as depicted in Holy Scriptures. Compassion has many variations like some feel compassion towards humans, others feel compassion towards animals or birds but the greatest compassion is LOVE TOWARDS EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS IN COSMOS IE. LIVING AND NON-LIVING BOTH. Here, some people may argue that how can compassion be arose towards non-living entities which are life-less so friends we must not forget that everything is made up of sub-atomic particles which are very fundamental in nature and are governed by Mother-nature. Therefore, compassion towards everything is full justified and good to possess.
True leader always lead the world in a best manner so it’s very important that true leader(s) should possess compassion so that the people and other things can be protected in a nice way.
Then the question arises, how to arose compassion in order to become true leader so for that person should follow some certain steps which I will discuss in some of my other blog in future as this topic demands full clarification and discussion.
At last I would say that TRUE LEADER IS THE ONE WHOSE COMPASSION HEALS AND PROTECTS THE RESPECTIVE SPHERE OF MOTHER-NATURE IN A POSITIVE AND WISELY MANNER.
