True leader is the one who attains his/her leadership through hard-work, sincerity and self-less serving attitude. Although there are many leaders but true leader is rare to find and is almost impossible except 1 TRUE GOD who Itself is a great power to mold any human being into a True Leader.
There are many signs of True Leader ie.
- Sincerity: True leader should be sincere and should accomplish his/her tasks diligently and wisely with full sincere effort.
- Courage: True leader should be one who is courageous and strong. He/She should handle any situation with utmost determination and with strong will for the benefit and welfare of everyone.
- Intelligence: True leader should be the one who is intelligent and knowledgeable to understand any problem and should know how to solve any problem i.e. Complex or simple with utmost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compassionate and Loving: Another major sign of True leader is that he/she should be loving and caring towards everyone. He/she should respect everyone and must have compassionate feelings towards all.
- Best Judge and Good Decision maker: True leader should be the best judge of any tough or simple situation and can decide very well how to treat or punish any culprit considering the ethical and moral values which exists supreme in the Mother-nature.
