Boredom is quite common these days in spite of having so many sources of entertainment in life.
It is very hard to live a happy life if person is feeling bore and it may lead to depression.
So then the question arises ie. How to remove boredom from life.
The following are some of the ways to remove boredom as per my knowledge:
1. Music Therapy: Music plays a significant role in one’s life. Without music life is dull. So if a person is bored then it is suggested to listen to some good music in order to regain happy mood.
2. Travelling: When person is getting bored, then travelling is suggested which makes that person happy as travelling invigorates the spirit of goodness in one’s mindset.
3. Playing Games: If a person is getting bored then playing games can make a person happy as games are integral part of our life.
There are many other ways too to remove boredom like meditation which I will discuss in my future blogs. For now I can simply say that “BOREDOM IS TEMPORARY FOR A HEALTHY MIND BUT PERMANENT FOR A SICK MIND WHICH CAN DETERIORATE ONE’S HEALTH SO BOREDOM SHOULD BE OVERCOME WITH POSITIVE THOUGHT PROCESS IN ORDER TO LIVE A HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS LIFE.”
